Our Qualifications

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Please have verifiable continuous income.

- Your monthly income should be 3-4 times the monthly rent. 

- We do credit history, criminal background, and eviction checks.

- Application fees are $50 per adult. 

- Previous rental history is a plus.

- Please know that 1 dog will be a $500 non-refundable one time fee, and then $20 monthly. Limit of 1 dog allowed. We only allow dogs that are 30lbs and under. 

- Pets are not allowed at our Westview Terrace Apartments (High Ridge Blvd.) and South Grand & Delor Apartments (Delor Street) locations.

- These are only general qualifications; anyone can apply regardless.
